Reach Expert (m/f/d)
Serve as internal consultant to drive the company in achieving all regulatory objectives with expertise in all aspects of REACH regulations
Support the registration of new substances and related activities in close collaboration with Business and Production Plants, including compilation and updating of status reports for registrations
Contribute to EuroChem's REACH activities by actively managing all REACH related tasks for timely completion as well as correspondence and collaboration with relevant authorities for the registration of our products in the target markets
Support of development and management of the annual budget for REACH registration and related costs
Manage contractors, to develop and implement efficient processes that enable and ensure compliance with the REACH regulatory framework
Respond to ECHA and member state authorities on REACH related matters and represent EuroChem within REACH consortia and industry associations
Monitor current REACH legislative changes and initiate necessary actions and communications on changing chemical regulations in different regions of the world
Successfully graduated Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or comparable apprenticeship
Several years' experience in chemical product safety/risk management, product stewardship, regulatory compliance and/or other applicable discipline with experience in the area of REACH substance registrations and in the chemical industry as well as basic chemistry skills related to product chemistry
Professional experience in Regulatory Affairs or affinity for working with laws and regulations
Strong working knowledge of REACH, CLP and fertilizer legislation and EU product regulatory framework
Excellent English, Russian and German verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills and high level of solution-oriented expertise
Ability to work independently and proactively and enjoy work in cross culture teams
Strong in handling interactions with authorities as well as a creative problem solver, and demonstrated talent to learn relevant skills and knowledge quickly, also beyond REACH if applicable
Good knowledge of MS-Office Software, basic knowledge in MS-Access or other databases, knowledge of EHS-related software is welcome
